Walt Wilkins, Nancy Casteele, Tina Mitchell Wilkins, Tim Lorsch, and I were playing a songwriters in the round gig at Douglas Corner in Nashville.  It was a fundraising event for the Diabetes Association in honor of our late friend John Jarrard, writer of a dozen number one hit songs.

After our performance a young man approached me asking for material on CD.  “I have nothing,” I replied.  “Not anything?  I would love to have anything you have on CD.”  I told him I am a sculptor and a painter and I only do this kind of thing for fun.  He said, “You’re an artist, man, and I would love to have anything you have on CD.”

What regret I experienced.  I had nothing other than my crude and clumsy home recordings.  Thus he helped inspire this disk, so thank you, Keith Urban.  Thank you also Sam Baker, Walt Wilkins, Tina Mitchell, Tim Lorsch, J. W. Williams, Jay Boy Adams, and those names scattered around the perimeters of these liner notes.  Thank you Kix Brooks & Ronnie Dunn for tremendous inspiration. Thank you, Jessi Colter for singing on LET THERE BE LOVE.  I offer thanks to many others too, including my wonderful sister and manager, B. J. Worrell DelMonte.  I offer a very special thank you to all of my galleries and all of my collectors.  It is all of you who have made it possible for me to have the time to create this CD.  It was recorded at my New Art Studio.  For those who do not know what I really do, visit my web site at BillWorrell.com

To Danny Majors, my friend since childhood.  We hiked, fished, camped, raced, golfed, arm-wrestled, hunted arrowheads, and took foolhardy float trip odysseys together.  To Gene Tobey, artist and friend.  I know God and His angels are playing both of you a country song.

Love, Peace, Joy, Healing, & LIGHT to all of you,

Bill Worrell
